Exchange

For exchanges:

1. For exchanges not due to product quality issues, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning or exchanging the product, as well as the seller's initial shipping costs, and must meet the Exchange eligibility requirements below.

2. For exchanges due to product quality issues, the buyer must first return the product, meeting the Exchange eligibility requirements below. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if there are no issues, the seller will resend a new product.

We do not provide refund services or refund of monies if exchanged product is of lower value. 

MOTOJINI reserves the rights to not accept exchanges which do not fulfill the exchange eligibility stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Refund

We do not provide refund services or refund of monies. In any case of a refund, a bank transaction fee of 8.5% will be deducted from the amount.
